Do you charge delivery?

Delivery and packaging within the UK is included. Some international shipping rates may apply, this is calculated at the checkout. 

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Yes we can, we try to avoid charging extra on postage, but sometimes we may have to charge international shipping, which will vary depending on the size and destination of the shipment.

How long will my order take?

We hold some item in stock but most of our products are made at the time of order.

Kit orders are generally made and despatched with a 24/48 hour time frame. If for any reason there is a delay we will let you know.

What happens if I'm missing a part?

We quality check our kits before dispatch to ensure all of the parts are included. If you have found that a part is missing, please email us with your order number and the missing part and we will replace it free of charge.

I have a specific design I need, can you make it?

Yes, we'd be happy to help you with your design. In addition to the gauges listed in our shop, we are able to offer a service for larger scales.

You can provide designs in electronic format or on paper, get in touch to find out more. 

I am part of a club/society and I am considering buying a number of models, do you offer discounts?

Yes. If you are part of an official model making club or society please contact us as we can offer a discount code that can be used with your members.
