Laser cutting and engraving

As well as providing laser-cut model railway kits we also offer a laser-cutting and engraving service, a portfolio of some of our work can be found here.

This service is open to everyone with a creative need, including:

• Scratch build model makers
• Diorama creators
• Furniture pieces, interior and exterior décor for dolls houses
• Warhammer and other miniature wargames enthusiasts

We can replicate your design from a drawing onto a variety of materials, including:

• MDF
• Wood
• Acrylic
• Cork
• Card
• Paper 

We can engrave on some metals using a chemical spray technique.

  

3D Printing

We are delighted to introduce a 3D printer to our range of equipment. We use this primarily to produce items related to railway model kits but could equally be used for any of the pursuits listed above.

We also offer a 3D printing service.

 

Materials 

All of our Plywood comes from suppliers who adhere to FSC Certified Standards.

All of our Plywood and MDF falls into the E1 Formaldehyde Emission Category (the lowest) and both products are laser compatible.

Our Plywood falls into the B grade categories but A grade is available on request.

We use recycled packaging for our boxes, wrap and mailing bags.
