This is a kit of the rear of a 1960's terraced house (although it could be used as a semi or detached)

Many of us have sat on trains today as they pull into the towns and cities across the UK staring out the window at the rear of houses and gardens. This kit has been designed to give that effect.  

The kit is made from a combination of 2mm & 1mm MDF and Polypac. It comes with window acetate, tiles and gutter. 

The footprint is 79.98mm wide x 60.62mm deep x 94.52mm high

The kits are easily painted up and come with instructions, and build pictures. 

No glues or paints are included in these kits.
