This is a laser cut and engraved MDF kit of a platelayers hut, These lineside. huts provided a base and shelter for platelayers/fettlers/trackmen to work from. They were very often situated every mile or two along the track.
This kit is made from 1mm MDF and Laserboard. If you have the patience the kit comes with the outer timbers, if not it is etched.
